Can't complete setup because pin number doesn't appear

I got my watch but i do not find a pin number anywhere. How do i get one or sync my watch to my device with out one?

Hey hey hey @PandASmith, it is great to see new members aboard! Oh! I think that you are trying to get the pin to complete the setup process of your Charge 2. In order to complete this process, once the app is installed, open it and tap Join Fitbit to get started. You’ll be guided through the process of creating a Fitbit account and connecting (“pairing”) your device to your phone or tablet. Pairing makes sure the Fitbit device and phone or tablet can communicate with one another (sync their data), the pin will automatically appear on the tracker itself once you are on that step. Please make sure that your Charge 2 is fully charged before trying to set it up, other wise is not gonna connect with your phone. If so, and the pin won't appear, try to restart your Charge 2 and then repeat the setup process.

Also note that when you first try to pair your Charge 2 it will look for a nearby Fitbit (within the 40 foot or so Bluetooth range) and when it does it will prompt it to display a 4 digit pin.

If your app prompts you to enter the pin and it's not displaying on your device, what I suspect is happening is that there is someone else nearby (within 40 feet) that has a Fitbit and it's showing up on their device.  So you may have better luck going somewhere without any other nearby devices (like a parking lot) and then it'll likely find your Fitbit.

Note: This would only be an issue when you're pairing your device; subsequent use with other nearby Fitbits will work fine.

I have a charge 4 and its fully charged but when I was setting it up the pin code never appeared. What can I do? I've tried resetting the watch but the screen never lights up
