Can't connect Charge 3 to the phone due to black screen

My charcher 3 have black screen i haven‘t conected ihm with my smartphone  i cant See the numbers on the Screen i cant me Connect with them.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Tomibommi. I'm sorry to hear you haven't been able to connect your Charge 3 with your Smartphone. 

Please let me know if you have tried restarting your tracker in order to remove the black screen:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button to restart your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

Many Black Screen cases are caused by a battery running out of juice. Make sure to charge the phone for at least 30 minutes before attempting to turn it back on. This will allow the battery to store enough energy before firing up the system again.
