I’ve had my Fitbit charge 3 less than a month and it’s stopped syncing with my iPhone. I’ve tried turning phone on and off, disconnecting Bluetooth and reloading the Fitbit app. I’ve now tried disconnecting my charge 3 from my phone and now can’t get it to reconnect. It gets as far as putting the code in from the screen of the Fitbit and then error. Help please!

Are we, as current Charge 3 owners, really going to just let Fitbit keep selling the defective Charge 3 and do nothing about it? My first Charge 3 worked briefly. I put it away and tried to get it to work a month later. Nothing. Then I realized it was a few days before the warranty expired, called Fitbit and they sent a new one. Then, I had 2 Charge 3's that did not work. They emailed a shipping label, I sent the first 2 Charge 3's back and received a third. Now I have a new Charge 3 that only smiles at me and scrolls the web address. Or, did they just send me a defective Charge 3 and hope that I shut up?
