Can't connect my Charge 2 with my new phone

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have a new phone... My Charge 2 will not pair with my phone thru bluetooth... It'll sync thru the app but not pair. I've already restarted my phone... I've held the button for 4 seconds to reset the Charge... I've yet to see how I can delete an device from my charge as I have read in some responses... I saw revoke access in which I removed my old phone. When trying to pair, My phone says incorrect pin, when I haven't put a pin number in. Anyone have an answer that hasn't already been given?

Hey @desimitchell, welcome aboard! I appreciate the troubleshooting you have tried so far to connect your Charge 2. Could you please tell me which phone are you currently using? Have you checked that it is a compatible device with Fitbit trackers?

Let me know how it goes!

Welcome aboard @Juno11! I appreciate you shared that tip. Sounds good that your Charge 2 is working fine now.

@desimitchell, thanks for taking the time to contact our Support team. Your phone, the Galaxy Mission J, isn't on the compatible devices list so I'm afraid that syncing and everything else like GPS and notifications, might not work. So, you can try to sync it with another compatible device or maybe a computer.

Have a nice day guys!
