Can't connect my charge2 to my app

I took away The connection between app and Charge2 since The sync did not work, now I can't connect the charge2 to the app again. My Charge2 is a couple of years old but it shows everything on the clock but can not get in tuch with my Phone. I The device too old, is it broken or what else could be wrong?

Let me help you syncing your Charge 2 with your phone. You can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
