When I originally got my charge 2, the phone I had was not compatible to receive the text and call notifications. I have gotten a new phone in the meantime (moto X4) and it looks like it is compatible for this feature. However, for the life of me I can not figure out how to set it up. Help please!!

Let me help you with your call notifications. You can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
