I was on live chat for the second time in a week and the connection exited and now I can't reconnect. Is this service down? I have already spent over an hour on the chat with someone who did all the things I had already done and now it vibrates and gives a blank screen, no lights at the back. It had the 001 error but now nothing is showing. and i cannot reconnect it to my phone ! Thanks
