Can't contact FitBit to get replacement Charge 3

My Charge 3 Fitbit screen is no longer working. It has been fading for a few weeks and now nearly completely blank. It is still recording data but I can't use the screen at all. I have tried restarting and no change.
I bought this less than 2 years ago and purchased an extended warrantee at the time but now cannot find anyway on the Fitbit website to actually contact them re: my options for getting my Fitbit fixed or replaced. Only option is Twitter which I don't use and a live chat which is always unavailable.

Getting rather frustrated going around in circles on the website and still not being able to use the FitBit properly.

Which web browser are you using? Are you getting any error message when selecting the Chat option? This option should work so please retry it. You can try clearing the cache and cookies on your browser. Also try a different browser like Firefox or Chrome.
