Can't contact support - band broke

The attachment to the band of my Fitbit Charge 4 broke. I tried to contact support but appears an error message (error 404). It's still in warranty (I bought it in November 2020) and it's a shame that it has broken. I wore the charge 2 for 4 years and I've never had a problem. I thought I was upgrading my Fitbit experience but now I am so frustrated and disappointed.

Thank you! Just ended the chat with Diana and a few minutes later the arrived the e-mail to choose between a replacement or 50% off in another product purchase. Choose the replacement, let's see how it will work as I noticed that this is a very frequent problem with this model, but not sure if I'm willing to invest in another product right now.

 

Nevertheless, I'm for sure well impressed with the communication and how quickly it was solved (at least for now).
