I can’t set a new alarm because old alarms are sitting there but It won’t allow me to edit them to delete some of them.

If you can't adjust alarms on your device's screen, use the Fitbit app. For instructions, see Fitbit app . turn the alarm off. tap the trash icon or Remove.
Tap the Today tab your profile picture. your device image.
Tap Silent Alarms. Set a New Alarm.
Select the alarm time and frequency, and save.
