I have just purchased a new Charge 4 and nothing works. All the install buttons are grey, I cant select settings on the phone, I am unable to install the weather app. It seems that the firmware is not up to date, but there is no option in the app to update the watch. What can I do to get this watch working?

Hi there, @EJC01. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 4.
It seems that you've set your Charge 4 into Sleep Mode. When the sleep mode setting is on:
To turn off Sleep Mode, swipe left to access the quick settings screen. Tap a setting to turn it on or off. When you turn off the setting, the icon appears dim with a line through it. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
If the above doesn't describe your issue, try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
If after trying the above you can't still install the weather app, please see How do I set up and troubleshoot apps on my Fitbit device?

@EJC01 Thanks for following the tips and recommendations I've provided above.
While reading your post I was wondering if your Charge 4 is pretty new? Did you set it up recently? If so, since you have just setup your Charge 4 it may appear up to date but it needs another update. If your Fitbit device is running an old firmware version it won't allow you download certain apps or clock faces (for the time being). The latest update isn't available until up to 48-72 hours after setup.

From the clock screen, swipe down and open the Settings app . Tap a setting to adjust it. Swipe up to see the full list of settings
