Turned off one of my alarms , went back the next day to reset and unable to enter , it’s just saying ‘looking’ and not allowing back in . Any suggestions would be welcome

Not sure if the issue is with the app itself. I suggest you log out from the App, restart your phone and log back in. If the issue is with syncing your tracker to your phone then please check this help article.
