There is no alarm on my phone and the dnd won't turn back on need help please

Hello @Howard2010. Welcome to the community forums! 

 

Thank you for the detailed information. I'd like to let you know that your alarms can now be set on your Charge 3. You won't be able to set alarms on the Fitbit App if you're using a Charge 3 device. 

 

On-device: 

 

  1. On your device, open the Alarms app. You see your next scheduled alarms and the option to set a new alarm.
  2. Tap + New Alarm. Swipe up to see this option if you already created multiple alarms. 
  3. Set the alarm: Tap the time, and swipe to set the alarm time. Be sure to set am or pm. Press the back button on your device.

For the DND option that is experiencing an inconvenience, I recommend performing a restart to your Charge 3. For this, please follow the steps provided in this link: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
