Can't find brightness settings on Charge 3

I just read a thread that said to change the brightness in the settings on the Charge 3.  I followed the link to the manual to see how to do this and it says "Adjust settings:  Manage basic settings including brightness, heart-rate tracking, and button sensitivity directly on your tracker. Open the Settings app and tap a setting to adjust it. Swipe up to see the full list of settings."

 

However, when I press and hold the button on my Charge 3 and scroll, the only options I see are for DND, Sleep, and Screen Wake.  Where am I supposed to change the brightness?

It's there but with the screen dim it is hard to find.  But even if you find it -  it will not help the screen dimness.
