Can't find compatible clock faces for my Charge 3

Suddenly no clock face. Instead message to choose another one. Impossible to identify one without scrolling through hundreds. Not found one compatible with charge 3. In fact all look square, I.w. compatible with Smart watches not Fitbit wristbands. Really annoying.

Hi there @Lisa125, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear you cannot find compatible clock faces for your Charge 3, I understand why you're feeling annoyed. Thanks for the details provided in your post, I'll be glad to help you.

Please confirm if you're following these steps in order to find the clock faces for your tracker and not for the smartwatches:

  1. With your device nearby, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab> your profile picture > your device image.
  2. Tap Clock Faces > All Clocks.
  3. Browse the available clock faces. Tap the clock face you want and tap Select to install it.
  4. Sync your device to see the change.

Yes that's what I'm doing but, as I said, I can't find a single clock face that's compatible with the charge 3.Maybe you could direct me to one that's compatible. I want a simple unfussy clockface that's readable.Why have Fitbit deleted the old ones?Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
