I recently got a LG G5 and I am trying to connect my Charge 2 through Bluetooth. It askes for my pin but I am not sure what it is. I previously had a LG G4 and it was connected just fine. How to I get the pin number?

If you Charge2 is alr3ady set up through the LG4 then on your LG5 download the Fitbit app, log into your Fitbit account, you ate now all setup.
You dont pair the Charge2 to your phone, you connect it to your acco7nt. Once connected to your account, the app pairs the tracker to your phone.
Since your tracker is already setup, just log into your fitbit account through the app. The app will know what to do.

@LuluBelle16 It's great to have you here! Where you able to sync your tracker with your new LG G5 phone? Notice that you phone doesn't show as a compatible device but you can still try syncing with it. As @Rich_Laue said the app is the one that handles the syncing process you don't do this from the bluetooth options. Have you tried syncing from the app? Did it work? If you still have access to your previous phone then remove the tracker from it's bluetooth list and attempt to sync with your new phone. Also you will need to have location services (GPS) on as it is required by Google to sync bluetooth devices on Android 6 and above. You may also want to restart your tracker by doing the following:
Plug the charging cable to your computer or UL certified wall adapter.
Align the contacts of the tracker with the charging cable and plug it in making sure it snaps securely.
Your tracker should start charging.
Press the button for 10 to 12 seconds.
You should see your tracker's firmware version and you can now unplug your tracker.
Let me know how it goes!

I cannot get calls and whatsaps, but get silent alarms and sync with my app. What can I do? On bluetooth it says it found mt tracker but is not paired. I have tried everything i could read up on previous discussion. Putting phone of, reset tracker. Deleted fitbit app and installed again. No success.will i loose information if i delete my charge 2 from the fitbit app and add it again?
