How do I get the 4 digit pairing code? Do I look on my tracker for the code? And by tracker do you mean my old fitbit? I am replacing my old fitbit because the display on the fitbit does not work. I can only see my fitbit information through the app. So how do I get a pairing code so I can replace the old fitbit that has a bad display?

@Brenring You added on to an old thread. I apologize if I am misreading your post. It sounds like you want to set up a new device. The Fitbit app takes you through the steps after you tap on your profile image, then +Set Up a Device. The tracker code will be on the new tracker.

Thank you for your quick response. Sorry about posting on an old thread. I can never figure these forums out but I was desperate for help. Your answer helped me pair my fitbit! Once I looked on the new Fitbit tracker and held my old tracker away from my computer the code popped up and I was able to pair my device! Thanks so much!

Hi it's my tracker I haven't got a new tracker for some reason I can't sync my tracker so I need to put the 4 digit number so I can start syncing.
