I need a new charger, but I don't know what version of Fitbit I'm using.  There's no charge left, and I don't have the original packaging to give me the model I have.

You posted in the Other Charger Tracker forum.  This should help narrow things down.  Try browsing the Fitbit User Manuals.  The manuals show some additional views, including how to remove bands and attach the charger.

 

You wrote that you are using this device.  Do you see the device listed on your account when you tap on your profile avatar?  Or am I misreading what you wrote?
