Hi!
Left my Fitbit HR uncharged for a few days and when I tried recharging, it wouldn't turn on. I have tried following the restart/factory restart instructions, but the device doesn't display a logo or anything after holding the button for 10-12 seconds. Unsure what to do at this point and any help would be appreciated.

Hi there @TOMmygun1144, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm very sorry to hear that you're having problems with your Charge HR not responding. Thanks a lot for everything you've already tried.
First, I'd like to know what happens when you put your tracker to charge. Are you able to see anything coming on the display?
Also, I'd like to share the instructions on how to restart your tracker to make sure that you've done this properly. For this, plug the charging cable to any USB port or UL-certified USB wall charger and plug the other end to your Charge HR. Press and hold the button for 10-12 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon and the version number and release the button.
If you're still having problems after this, let me know. I'll be happy to help you out!

Hi Ferdinand! Thank you for replying!
When plugging in my tracker the green diagnostic (is that correct?) lights blink more slowly than normal. Nothing appears on the display, before or after attempting to restart. I have tried restarting many times with no results.
Any advice on how to proceed?

An update to the last question would be super-great.
