Can’t get Fitbit charge 2 to connect after entering the code

i have received a replacement charge 2 I can't get it to connect to my iPhone. I read through a lot of suggestions last night and I have done everything suggested from restarted the fitbit to uninstalling the app and installing again. I put in the 4 digit code and that'that's as far as it will let me go

Yes I’ve set up a new account as my mum is borrowing it for a walking holiday
