I've had this fitbit under a year. I've tried everything I've read on this forum.
Turned blutooth on and off
Turned the phone on and off
uninstalled and reinstalled the app
force stop the app
cleared the user data
Should I just reboot the device?

Hello @kpglenn. Welcome to the community forums!
Thank you for the detailed information and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried prior to posting. Regarding your question, you can restart your Charge 3 by following the instructions provided in this help article. If that doesn't work, I recommend performing a long restart by following the steps below, please note that a long restart is different than the basic one mentioned in the link above.
- Connect the device to the charging cable.
- While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds.
- The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration.
- The device turns off.
- The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur.
- Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down.
- Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again.
On a side note, looks like you've followed most of the troubleshooting steps but make sure you've covered all of the instructions from this link: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Lastly, make sure that the Fitbit App installed on your mobile device is up to date.
Hope this helps.

Hello @Tracylovesbeer. Welcome to the community forums. @Tracylovesbeer It's great to see you around.
Thank you for the information and troubleshooting steps you've tried. @EvieF I'm glad to hear that your Charge 3 is now working again.
@Tracylovesbeer If your Charge 3 isn't turning on when you move your wrist toward you, please make sure that the DND (Do not disturb) option isn't enabled on your Charge 3. Please note that when the do not disturb setting is on, notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move don't cause the tracker to vibrate or the screen to turn on. You can't turn on do not disturb and sleep mode at the same time.
If that is not the case and you can't still perform the restart or long restart mentioned on my post above, then I recommend contacting our Support Team for further assistance. You can contact them through chat or over the phone. Click here to get connected.
See you around.
