I am beyond frustration since I updated my Charge 2 back in July. I have tried for a good month to get notifications on my Charge 2> I have seen many other posts about this issue too! I have tried everything - all of the suggestions under Help and other people's ideas.I even put this question out on Facebook this past Sunday and no one can help me!!! NOTHING WORKS! I want my notifications! Help!!!!!

A common cause of this is where the Charge 2 is accidentally put into "do not disturb" mode. This is turned on / off by pressing and holding the button on the Charge 2. Could this be the problem here?

I wish that were the problem! I have tried this suggestion many times. I should never have updated it. I am ready to throw this Christmas present away. It's useless for notifications. I wish I could undo the last update. Fitbit apparently doesn't seem to have a solution since so many Charge 2 users are frustrated. I am ready to wear a watch and just wear my Fitbit 1! How sad is that????

I feel your pain. I have been going crazy trying to find out why my charger 2 wont get text messages, or showing incoming phone calls etc. It used to do this in the past. And yes I have my notifications turned on, and i deleted fitbit app and reloaded it and reinstalled my fitbit, Yes I reset my fitbit ...Any other suggestions????

I wish I had suggestions too! You would think with all of the countless complaints since the update in mid July that Fitbit would rectify the situation and fix it. They are going to lise customers big time!!

Notifications have never been on my phone since the mid July update. It is now the end of September. So frustrating not to get my texts or messages about a phone call coming through. It's useless for notifications. I am beyond disgusted. I have never received a response from someone from Fitbit. Refund me with a new Charge 2??? That won't happen! Looks like you want me to switch to Apple watches after having a Fitbit 1 , Flex 2, and Charge 2. You really want to lose me and other loyal Fitbit users. So sad!!!

Same here. It’s so frustrating. Because I don’t always have the sound on my phone because I’m at school and this is such a god way to see if the kids calls of text me

You're right,Daniela! I am a teacher's aide and also a retired teacher. I keep my sound off on my cell phone too. Do you have an Android too? I noticed that they supposedly have a fix for customers that have an IPhone. Where is Android 'a fix????I just wonder why they don't do anything with everyone complaining. It looks like Fitbit will be losing lots of loyal customers! They need to think this through and answer our questions! It should not take 2 months to resolve this if the Fitbit people truly cared! DO THOSE TECHS WANT TO BE WITHOUT A JOB????

I have an IPhone but it’s not working at all. I emailed them and they said that they are trying to do an update on the actual Fitbit app. So I hope that will work. Fingers crossed

I accidentally pressed post. I live in Europe and got the iOS 13 just two days ago. But two month for you to wait? That’s insane. That’s not good at all.

That would be wonderful! I usually get a new Fitbit from my brother for Christmas. Looks like this year, it will be an Apple Watch!

Yes! It has been since mid-July. Fitbit has never sent me a response. I live in Ohio.

Wow that’s crazy how long time you had been waiting for it.
I emailed the Swedish Fitbit customer service and they replied a few hours later. Strange they didn’t answer you, sorry to hear that because the US always have had such great customer service. I always been impressed by it.

Just Google - how to get notifications for Fitbit Charge 2. It should give you the steps. Good luck! Hope it works!

So sad! No response from Fitbit yet here in America. It's almost been 24 hours since I emailed them!!
