Right now I have a no name brand tracker  I can't get calls. Is either the. Fit bit charge 2 or the Alta compatible with an LG G6? I really want a Fit bit.

Hey @Garppyx, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! To better assist you, could you please tell me a description of the Fitbit you have? In the meantime, let me explain to you that you have to set up your tracker as a new device prior using it's features. So I urge you to take a look at the information in this help article: How do I set up my Fitbit device? However, I can't guarantee that you'll be able to set it up with your phone because the LG G6 isn't on the compatible devices list, so if you experience issues, please try the troubleshooting in this other help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
