Can't log food calories on Fitbit app

my charge 2 will not allow me to ad calories for food eaten for the current day.  It ads the calories to day previous

Let me help you with your difficulties logging food and calories on your Fitbit app. This is odd. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also make sure that the app is up to date.
