Can't log in to my account

Hi, I could not set the time on my Fitbit to the right time as I was in hospital for a couple of weeks and I didn't charge my Charge 3 up during that time. So when I got home I looked at my Charge 3 another week later when I felt better. It was then that I thought that I had better try and put my time right.

 

I took my Fitbit App off and made a new one that didn't work as it said my email address already had an account and that 'I' could not use that email address or that password I rebooted my phone so my Charge 3 as I mentioned before so my Charge 3 seems fine it's just my Fitbit Account and password that won't let me in when I put a new Fitbit App on my iPhone.

 

So I'm stuck, I haven't got a Fitbit App on my phone as it cant connect to my old Account? What do I do next? I've been in touch with Fitbit and they say take off your old Account but I haven't got a Fitbit App anymore to go into because it won't let me into the Account anyway Arhhh help
