Can't log in to the Fitbit app

for the last 2 and 1/2 days it will not sync.when i checked the app on my phone i tried to log in and all i got was: fitbit is down for maintenance.i am still getting this msg today.

the dashboard shows last sync at 9 11 am monday...2 days ago

I haven’t been able to access my account or receive results for over two weeks and now Fitbit won’t  answer my emails. What more can we do?

well long story short.i had a chat with a fitbit rep. i was told that for the charge2 they no long support 

windows 8.1.that i should get window 10.

i found the dongle that came with my fitbit.i plugged it in and it works.

i hope this helps you.

Thank you for this, perhaps I should speak to someone at Fitbit as I’m not
getting anything by email. I have an iPhone 8 so don’t know how it works
with that.
