Can't log into my account or get a new password

I haven't been able to log into my account. It's definitely the correct email for login in, so decided to just reset password incase I had that wrong. But won't send me a reset email. So I'm lost in limbo and can't log into my account. 

I don't want to start a new one as I have years of data.

Help please 🤔😊

@BecksBos , as you did not received the Email to reset your password, I contacted Support, so that they can help you further.  You'll receive an Email with further assistance.

Thank you, working on it now. It's strange as it looks like my email isn't even registered now?

Hi @BecksBos , thank you for your reply. Actually I don't have that information. You should request more information regarding this with Support as they have all the information of your case.
