It has stopped letting me access the dashboard and won't accept my password on the laptop to login

Hello @Gina29eyn and welcome to the Community. Can you please clarify what you are trying to do? If you are trying to log in to your dashboard at fitbit.com, use the same email/password as on your mobile app. If you are trying to log in using the Fitbit app for Windows 10, then I'm sorry, but you can't do that. Fitbit deactivated the Fitbit app for Windows 10 several months ago.
