Can’t login into Fitbit account

I have a charge 2 and I can’t log in as I had a different Fitbit previously.. it keeps telling me my email address is already in use by someone else .. when I try change my password on .. ( forgot password) it hasn’t sent an email to

me to reset it iv tried 1000 times

Let me help you login into your Fitbit account. Where are you trying to log in (via the Fitbit app or via the website)? A common mistake is selecting the Join Fitbit option which would guide you through the account creation so if you used the email from an existing account you will get the error you mentioned in your post. I suggest you select the Login option and use your email and password to access your account. Regarding not getting reset password email please check if it isn't being redirected to your junk and spam folder also see if you didn't use a different email address (if you have multiple email addresses this may be the case). Usually you can check if you have previously got Fitbit Weekly Reports on your email.
