hi, the screen is black but the charge 3 is working and syncing. i changed my phone, now i can't pair it again because while pairing it asks for the code which is not showing on fitbit because screen is off. i tried with the solutions from web by plugging to charge and 8 seconds holding the button. didn't work.
is there any solution ?? by resetting from PC ?? or any other solution
