Hi
I can't pair Charge 2 with my Nokia 8.1 and hence not able to sync with Fitbit account
I checked the the Locations is ON, Bluetooth is on and checked the Permissions in the App but not able to pair the device with phone.
Can anyone suggest the solution?

Nokia phones are not on Fitbit's list of Approved Devices.

@mehtashamlal Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't pairing with your Nokia 8.1 phone. As @SunsetRunner said your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
Also please be aware that Android users are having issues syncing with Android 9 (Pie), you can check this thread to keep up to date with this.
Let me know how it goes!

@mehtashamlal thank you for the update and sorry for the delay in my reply.
As mentioned before the sync guaranteed as your device hasn't been tested. Additionally I could find that you phone runs Android Pie which is having difficulties syncing with Fitbit devices so please check the thread mentioned in my post for more information.
Still you can find additional suggestions here.
I'll be around.

This is just completely unhelpful. I have a Nokia 8.1 running Android 10 that won't pair with me Charge 2. The phone works with every other Bluetooth device I have ever tried to connect to it, so I just find out inconceivable that the Charge 2 won't. Moreover, for Fitbit to simply dismiss the problem is a pathetic response for such a high profile company. I won't be buying another Fitbit product!!
