Hi. I just upgraded my Samsung phone to the S24. I have tried pairing my fitbit charge4 but it keeps telling me "app needed to us this device". I have un-installed & reinstalled the fitbit app. I have retarted the phone. I have reset app notifications. Nothing seems to be working. Any ideas?

Hi @MelB111 I also recently got the Samsung 24+ and had no problems. The switch app moved everything from my old phone to the new one. All I did was log into the Fitbit app as usual and it was syncing. The pairing is actually to the email address/account, not to the bluetooth itself. Have you tried customer support?
when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or X/Twitter works well, too.

@MelB111 I'm getting my phone calls and text notifications, which is all I ever need. Working just fine!
