Can’t remove icon on band

Got an icon of a woman in lotus position with 1 day written under it and another icon that is a circle with a tick inside it. Whereas I want the clock face back. What do I do?

Install a new clock face, preferably one from Fitbit.

As per the description of your post it seems that you used the Relax app and that's why you got that screen. I'd recommend taking a look at the article: What should I know about the Relax app on my Fitbit device? 

If the Relax app is not what you saw, can you check if that was the Hourly Activity Goal? You can also provide me with a photo of the screen so I can see what it is. 

Anytime you use an app on your Charge 3, you can go back to the main screen by pressing the button on your tracker. For a better explanation, check: How do I navigate my Fitbit device's screen?
