Tried to remove an "old" phone after upgrading to newer phone through "Manage Account". Both phones are listed, but I want to remove the old phone. There is no option to "Remove" when I select the device while using a laptop.

I see a "Revoke Access" option.
Also try breaking the bluetooth connection on your old phone.

Thank you for your inquiry. Where are trying to remove the phone from? Could you share a screenshot of this. The more information we have the better we will be able to assist you. I also want to clarify that the tracker is associated with your Fitbit account not with a particular phone although you can link their bluetooth as this helps with the syncing process.
