I haven't used my fitbit in about 2 months. I charged it back up to see that the date and time are not correct. When I log into the app, I get an error message. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. It still gives me the error message. I try to log in to my dashboard online, it will not connect to my dash board. My fitbit is working fine on its own, it just has the wrong date and time. And it won't connect to my phone because the app won't work anymore. Any ideas?

Hey @Ingramd, welcome to the Community! If your Charge 2 is not showing the correct time anymore, and it seems that you are getting an error message when you try to update it through the Fitbit, I'd like to you to, first of all, answer these questions:
- What phone model are you using? Is it compatible?
- If so, do you have the latest version of the Fitbit app?
- What type of error are you getting on the app? Could you please post a screenshot?
In the meantime, you can try the following:
- Review this help article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
Let me know how it goes!
