I can’t see my watch face/screen when outside anymore. It only seems to work when inside but not with light in it. Why csn o no longer see the screen outside and can it be fixed?

Check you are not in Sleep Mode, keeping the display dim.

Since the last update I have had the same problem. Occasionally I feel like it is working correctly, but other times, even in the shade I can't see what time it is. I have tried resetting, changing my clock face, making sure brightness was set to normal, ugh

I have the same issue. At first I thought it was just outside but over the past several weeks, the display has dimmed more to the point where it is almost unreadable inside. I have adjusted the display settings several times but Auto makes the display unreadable almost to the point I cant change it back. I leave it on Normal now. Dim is unviewable. There are also sections of the display that are dimmer than others resulting in a gray rather than white text.

Same here. Reached out the other day to someone from fitbit and no replies. Very frustrating. Purpose is to track activity, I do my activity outdoors! I have tried restarting, changing the face display and anything else I have found as suggestions... Still nadda..... Might have to stop being a faithful fitbit user....
