Hello.  My Fitbit charge 3 has a black screen, the display is not coming on.  It vibrates and the green light comes on. Earlier this week the display was faint, but now, I can't see anything.  I have tried all the fixes that have been listed on the community board.  I have changed the face, put it on the charger to restart, etc.  Nothing is working.  Please advise.

Having already tried the restart, the next step would be to contact customer support. They can check your warranty status and advise on your replacement options.
