On calls and texts I am getting a vibration but no visual. I disconnected then added it as a new device but that hasn’t helped. Ideas?

Hey @ToniLy, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! Thanks for trying that. Besides setting up your Charge 2 as a new device, I'd like you to take a look and follow the troubleshooting in this help article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone.
Let me know how it goes!

@ToniLy It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that you can't see your notifications on your Charge 2. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
Let me know how it goes!

Hi. I use a 7+ and I did what you suggested. Now sall metimes it works and something I have to press the button to see the message. So it’s obviously synced but doesn’t always appear. Strange.

I did try all those things. I have an iPhone 7 Plus. Just tested this morning and it worked. Thanks for your help.
