Can't see data after setting up new Charge 2

Replace fitbit charge 2. Connected but did not transfer data. Can't get sleep, steps etc on my phone

Let me help you with your missing data. Do you mean that you can't see the old data on your account? If this is the case then make sure you use the same email address when you setup the new Charge 2. If your new Charge 2 isn't syncing the data then please try these suggestions.
