No matter what display brightness setting i can’t see the charge 3 display while outside. What can be done to fix this. My current display brightness is Normal, that seems to be the brightest, but it’s totally useless while outside. Help!!!

Hi I have had exactly the same issues with my Charge 3 and so as my mum we have restarted both watches but on able to see the car face in daylight this is quite frustrating sometimes I wondered if there had been an update or any solution to this problem as I can see many people struggle with this thank you.

At this time, I'd like to let you know that there isn't an available firmware update for the Charge 3 and we currently don't have any other solutions besides the one suggested in this thread.

Why can't Fit bit take charge of this issue and update our trackers so we have a screen that can be seen in all locations. I've had the issues since an update and many others have as can be seen in the forum.
My husband just bought a Charge 4 and has the same issue with not being able to see it outside.
It is sad it has not been taken care of. My tracker works fine other than the screen issue. It is out of warranty but, I really don't want to have to buy another one
