One of my friends has suddenly become "unranked" and I can't see her stats. She can see mine. I've tried all the usual stuff and she says that she hasn't altered anything. Any ideas?

Thanks for the information provided. If you can't see your friend's information, that means that her privacy settings or something on her Dashboard changed. You can try to recommend her to check her settings.

I've asked my friend to check her app and she says that everything is set to Friends..
All of my friends have now gone to "Unranked" and I can't see any of their stats. This all has happened since I did the Update last week. Is there a problem in there somewhere?

So today all my friends are just a name on the list. When I tap on them I no longer see their photo or anything else. Is something being worked on at Fitbit HQ that is doing this?

Don't you loooooove how Fitbit addresses their customers' problems? This problem has been going on for years and they haven't fixed it or any of the problems their customers are having.

I suggest you reread the OP's post and what I'm about to say.
I spoke to a friend of mine tonight and he said he hadn't changed anything. I have 13 friends and of them, I can only see 3 of their stats. Granted, several have quit using Fitbit (can't blame them) and one is my dad and he passed away last year (BUT HE IS DEAD, HOW DID HIS SETTINGS CHANGE?!!!) Just a few weeks ago he was ranked. This is ridiculous. It's almost like you didn't even bother to read OP's post. You are just going by cue cards or something. Can we get some premier or tier 2 technical support or something in here? This is unacceptable. I've bit a Fitbit customer since the Charge 2 and y'all have been seriously going downhill over the years.
