I could see their activity, average daily steps, after I purchased the Charge 3 and started using it. But their activity has been "no recent activity for about two weeks now, as far as I know. I haven't looked for a while. I have restarted, updated, etc. Still no recent activity.

A warm welcome to the Community @Wildroverx3.
Can you please be more specific about the issue you are experiencing? You can't see your friends activities? Keep in mind that there is a privacy setting, your friends might modified their settings or they haven't synced.
Let me know if you need anything else.

No. When I am going to invite them for a challenge, every singel one of my friends show, "no recent activity". Last I invited people, I could see the average steps per day, now I don't know who is walking around my number. I kept expecting it to be a bug, that would be quickly resolved, but it's been going on for more than a few weeks now. I checked all my phone settings, app settings, I don't see what is causing this.

I have this too. It's a known problem with all fitbit. Fitbit know about it and it's been going on for months. They don't appear to care about it.

@AlejandraFitbit I was wondering if you saw my reply. Do you guys understand the problem? This problem has been going on for almost 4 mos now. It is not a problem on my end, but Fitbit's end.

@AlejandraFitbit p.s. you edited my subject for clarity, but it no longer describes our problem. When I go to challenge friends, I cannot see their recent activity. That means I cannot see their average daily steps. I don't care about my friends activities, I.e. their graphs, heart rate etc that they might make private. I am talking about what fitbit is made for - to challenge your friends - the ones who have a similar step count to you, but there, we only see - NO RECENT ACTIVITY! In fitbit language that actually means that they have zero steps and probably don't have a fitbit anymore.
So do you understand the problem?
