Can't see my information in new phone

I've had a Fitbit for 5 years. I just received a replacement iPhone and the daily Fitbit data isn't showing up. The only daily data I can see is from the date of the replacement iPhone turning on. I am able to see the lifetime steps, but not anything else.

Did you make sure to enter to your account? Is your tracker syncing? If the issue is directly with syncing, I recommend following the instructions in the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?.

Fitbit is able to track and sync since I got the new phone (about one week). But all of the data from the last three years is missing, then there is a three month stretch of data, then blank again.
