Hi!

My Charge 3 tracks everything well, but does not display (on an off - 90% of the time not showing)

* weight

* sleep

* water consumption

* weekly exercise

I can see everything in the app, but not on the watch.

Hey @Stinepine, welcome to the Community.

I am sorry to hear that you can't see your stats on your tracker and recommend restarting it by doing the following:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button to restart your tracker:
    • Press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
  5. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

Let me know the outcome. Man Happy

I'm having the same problem and tried these instructions twice, but the watch will not show my stats and is not recording my steps, heart rate etc. App shows it's been tracking these sporadically throughout the day. Watch is brand new, just setup last week.

I still have the same problem though every now and then it works. I have somewhat given up on the issue. it doesn't really matter so much as all the information is visible on the app dashboard (though still annoying). I am currently having problems with the latest update as well.

My app hasn't picked up anything from my watch now for 3 days and still nothing shows on my watch itself. Fitbit staff-please help me fix this! I might as well have a regular watch at this point.
