i dont have a sleep score and how much i slept on my fitbit charge 4 its my first night sleeping with it is that how it is?

It's a known problem, the app is the only place to view these info.

 

Noticed this issue months ago and some users have reported similar experience.

so i can see it but only after i sync i have to manuly sync my watch every day
