I have an old Charge 3 but the screen doesn't work however, it still tracks all my activities, and I can read them through the app on my phone. Unfortunately, I had to do a factory reset on it recently and now I can't get the 4-digit code from the Fitbit device to connect it to my phone. Is there a workaround to connect it to my phone?

Hi @Iftysan  when you can't see the screen well enough to view the code, there is no workaround. Sorry.
