Can't see the Charge 3 screen

Screen is dim or barely visible or total black. Started in the last days.  Need to have this fixed or replaced by Fitbit in next 30 days or I am leaving.

 

Given prior posts on the topic, it appears the only solution is a replacement.

 

this device is less than a a year old
