- Who Voted for this post?
I recently upgraded to the Charge 2 specifically so I could see a map of my previous runs. The GPS is connected via my phone and I switch run mode on the FitBit, it tracks distance, time etc but I can't for the life of me figure out where to find the tracked map afterwards. Can any one help please?

@Karen-123 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! You just need to go to the activities area (where it says "Track exercise") there you will see a list of your recorded activities so tap on the running activity and you should see the details including the map.
Let me know how it goes!

Hello there
I want to know the same thing. I go to tracked exercise on the app and it just shows distance and time and no map. My watch sometimes says connecting when I have my location and Bluetooth always on.
I have also found that the versa turns off by itself during a run and returns to home screen. Has anyone else had this issue?
Also, I can run and walk the same route and it will tell me that it is a different distance??
And lastly, I was running yesterday and my pace was about 7/8min per km on the watch (and I know as I have done the route in the same time before) but now looking back at the tracked exercise it says my paces is:
0.5 miles - 12'31
0.5 miles - 12'30
0.5miles - 15'30
And so on down to 10 miles and my run was only 5km.
What's going on?!
Thank you
Eimear
