Can't set pool length on Charge 4

Hi! Does anyone found out how to change the pool length on Charge 4?

I have tried many things, but until now it has been impossible.

To set the pool length on your Tracker, you can follow the next steps:

1. On your Fitbit device, open the Exercise app  > Swim.
2. Swipe up and tap Pool Length.

You can find detailed instructions in this article in the menu "How do I set the pool length for my Fitbit device?".

If you don't find the option to set the pool length, please attach an image of what is shown on your end for further investigation.

Hello - I have a fitbit Charge 4 (only got it yesterday) and I want to set the pool length.  Your instructions above, the only options I get when I have the swim exercise and swipe up is Start or Set Goal.  There are no other options up, down, left or right?  Please help
