Can't set up Fitbit Pay on Charge 3

Hello,

It`s been 3 hours since i`am trying to connect any type of cards supported in Romania , Raiffeisen, Revoult, Banca Transilvania, and none of them works:'' Looks like we don`t support this card for .......''

 

It`s very annoying because i used to have my Revolut card ( i lost de card and i changed ) synced in FitBit Pay and now i can`t add it. 

 

What shoul i do ?

I tried averyting. 

 

  • Restart your Fitbit device and phone.
  • Restart Bluetooth on your phone. 
  • Force quit the Fitbit mobile app. 
  • Try another internet connection.

Thank you for the detailed information and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried prior to posting. Based on this link, Banca Transilvania and Revolut are the only ones that can be set up for Fitbit Pay in Romania. This "Raiffeisen" doesn't appear in the list. 

 

If you have tried to change your default card by following the steps below: 

 

1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Charge 3 tile.
2. Tap the Wallet tile.
3. Find the card you want to set as the default option.
4. Tap Set as Default on Charge 3.
